The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets at least twice a year to carry out financial management of Ornamental Plant Producers Certification Ltd. (which owns the BOPP Scheme), review investments, drive the development of the Scheme and review technical issues. Minutes of the Board meetings can be downloaded from the Members' area of the website or are available from the Scheme secretary.
The Board of Directors is currently chaired by Steve Homer. Members of the Board are:

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
The BOPP Technical Advisory Committee meets four times a year to carry out its primary functions:
- Day to day management of the Scheme.
- Oversee development of the Scheme.
- Develop new Standards.
- Agree technical amendments to the Standards.
- Monitor auditing.
- Liaise with National Britannia.
- Represent the views of the membership.
- Maintain adequate contact with non-members to ensure the Scheme expands.
- Minutes of the Committee meetings are available from the Scheme secretary or can be downloaded from the members' area.

The Auditors
All auditors are ISO 9000 trained and have passed the Lead Assessor examination. Auditors are also BASIS and FACTS qualified and are registered on the BASIS Professional Register.
Two teams currently carry out auditing for the BOPP Scheme:
National Britannia Certification (NBC), the Certification Body of the BOPP UKAS accredited Standards.
The NBC auditing team is subcontracted to deliver audits to the following Standards:
- UKAS Certification Grower Standard
- Ornamental Packhouse Standard
- Growing Media Standard
- LEAF
